Baked Chicken

This baked chicken is a family favorite here at the Lanz household.  The great thing about it is that it's super easy to make, but tastes great!  Don't you love it when others rave over your food, and inside you're thinking,"If they only knew how little work it was, but that will be my little secret! Ha!"  So here it is:

 

Baked Chicken

 

Chicken pieces (Whatever you like - legs, thighs, breasts

2/3 cup dry milk

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. poultry seasoning

1 tsp. dry mustard

2 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. dry beef bouillon or beef broth powder

Pinch of baking powder

 

Mix dry ingredients well and coat chicken pieces in it.  Place chicken in cake pan, skin side down.  Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes; turn chicken pieces over and bake an additional 15 minutes.
